Document scanning is one of the core activities of Mosaic. We offer a customised document scanning service to our clients, allowing them to outsource their paper problems and convert their paper-based data into valuable digital information. This saves our clients time, money, effort and space, and adds real value to their operations.

Large Sizes are handled in full colour by our large format scanners which can cope with drawings of up to 54” wide and any length. Using our sophisticated high speed duplex scanners we have a capacity to scan over 200,000 per day.

We also have extensive experience in scanning documents and loading them into other EDM systems such as Documentum and Microsoft SharePoint enabling you to outsource your high volume scanning requirements where in-house resources cannot cope.
